Aimilia Balaska was born in South Africa. She lives and works in Athens as a graphic designer.
She is a visual artist experimenting with photographic materials and design. She studied Interior Design and Graphic Design in Athens and has specialized in product packaging.
She has participated in a series of workshops and seminars in creative practices in photography. These include the ASFA Photo Courses at the Athens School of Fine Arts, as part of the Continuing Education Photography Classes Program in 2018-2019.
She is currently taking the Master of Arts in Photography & Visual Language from Middlesex University & AKTO college in Athens.
